A network of 12+ B2B ordering portals built for clients including national-level venues and catering operations. Each portal has its own branding, pricing structure, and custom checkout logic — all managed from one shared codebase.
The architecture uses WordPress Multisite with a shared theme, shared product catalogue and shared plugin stack. Products are maintained once and displayed across every portal — but each client sees only their own pricing, branding and checkout configuration.
Custom functionality included per-client product pricing, branded login screens, a network master password for internal staff, UK-localised checkout language, custom quantity controls, and per-site order messaging.
Centralised management means updates, security patches and performance monitoring are handled consistently across all 12+ portals without maintaining separate installations. The system is part of a Premier Partners service used to retain high-value B2B accounts.
